Rice cooking
============

For 2 people:
– 1 cup of japanese rice

1. rinse the rice a few times, until the water in clean
2. remove all water from the rice, leave it 10 min
3. rinse it again, until the water is clean
4. put it into a saucepan, add water (arround 1cm above the rice level)
5. cover and put high fire until it boils
6. as soon as it is boiling, reduce fire to minimum
7. keep the lid on, don’t mix the rice, leave it cooking until the water totally disappeared.
8. stop the gaz, leave the lid on, wait 10 more min
